The Only Existing Books about the Caucasian Mountain Dog:

After lengthy research , I have only found two books about this beautiful breed. The one is in English and the other one is in Russian. Unless you have Russian written as a language on your CV, it is only good as a collectors item. But neverthelss, both are informative and should be looked at if you want to learn more about this breed.
